Examinations
 

Below you will find information and exam dates for our students sitting exams this year.

The Joint Council of Qualifications (JCQ) have stated that for this academic year there will be two contingency days:

​

Wednesday 11th June (afternoon only) 

Wednesday 25th June 2025  (all day)

These contingency days may be used if there is any disruption to a day of examinations resulting in the examinations being rescheduled. Therefore, students need to make sure they are available on both days and should not be away on holiday on Wednesday 25 June.

 

If students are not available because they are on holiday and one of their exams is rescheduled to a contingency day, they will not be eligible for special consideration by the exam boards. For this reason JCQ request all schools inform parents and students of this date so that it can be taken into account when making plans for the summer.
